Our heated hose use high performance insulation and pressure tested hose cores. We also use our high quality production processes and heating technology in pipes, valves, heating blankets for any application. All Neptech products are pressure tested. Heating elements are made of high-grade heat-conducting alloys. We utilize stain steel braid around the outer surface, which provides outstanding resistance to heat, pressure, pulsing, flexing and vibration. Neptech offers a complete selection of custom fittings to meet all applications. The positive braid lock ensures that strain is absorbed by the braid and not the Teflon hose.
