  • Our heated hose use high performance insulation and pressure tested
    hose cores.  We also use our high quality production processes and
    heating technology in pipes, valves, heating blankets for any
    application.

  • All Neptech products are pressure tested.  Heating elements are made
    of high-grade heat-conducting alloys.

  • The most important element of a heated hose is the core.  We utilize
    stain steel braid around the outer surface, which provides outstanding
    resistance to heat, pressure, pulsing, flexing and vibration.

    applications.  
  • The positive braid lock ensures that strain is absorbed by the braid
    and not the hose.    
Electrically heated hoses are designed for optimum transfer of non-explosive liquids or gases.  Our Teflon lined stainless steel braided heated flexible
