Ring Lug Thermocouple
A ring lug thermocouple is used to measure surface temperature.  A hole is drilled and tapped for a desired screw size.  The screw is inserted
through the lug and tightened down, securing the lug to the surface.  Twenty gauge wire is standard with most lug sizes.
